If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward 14-day return policy.
Requirements:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.*
For partial returns, only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.

Cooler Master will only process refunds after the returned product(s) have been received and successfully tested.
This policy does not apply to items that were shipped incorrectly or damaged within the warranty period by Cooler Master.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account using the login page on our website.
- Select the product you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
- Await confirmation of your return request’s approval.
- Package the item(s) you wish to return carefully, ensuring they are securely protected in their original packaging.
- Mark your order number on the box for faster processing times.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided address.
