Order Processing

Orders are processed during morning office hours, starting at 09:00 (UTC+1). Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information, available after the parcel has been collected.

Parcels are collected on business days between 14:00 and 16:00 (UTC+1).

Domestic NL – Shipping Rates and Estimates

All timeframes below are in business days.

• Netherlands: 1-2 days
• Belgium, France, Germany: 2-4 days
• Other EU countries: up to 8 days
• Rest of the world: up to 15 days

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delays can occasionally occur with any carrier. While not the norm, they are possible, and we appreciate your understanding if this happens.

International Shipping – Rates and Estimates

For non-EU countries, import and tax costs are not included in the order price. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

United Kingdom & Other Non-EU Countries

• Orders up to £135: import and tax costs are included.
• Orders over £135: import and tax costs are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

For countries outside the European Union, import costs are approximately 20% of the product price.
